At SSB Coaching, I work with leaders at all stages of their careers through both group and individual coaching. Much of my practice centres on creating powerful group spaces where leaders learn with and from one another — gaining fresh perspective, shared insight and the confidence to move forward with clarity.

Individual coaching is an equally important strand of my work, offering a focused, confidential space for deeper exploration. My approach blends empathy, insight and constructive challenge to support meaningful growth.
