About Me
With over 25 years of senior leadership experience, I’ve had the privilege of coaching, mentoring, facilitating, and training diverse individuals and teams. My journey into executive coaching began several years ago following an inspiring workshop that led me to enrol both myself and my team in a developmental coaching course. This experience transformed how we worked, fostering a more collaborative and supportive approach with the people we served.
Later, as a client of coaching myself, I experienced its profound impact firsthand. This ultimately inspired me to establish SSB Coaching, allowing me to dedicate myself to supporting others through executive coaching.
I believe strongly in building relationships rooted in trust, respect, and confidentiality, providing a safe space for clients to gain clarity and make meaningful changes.
