How I Work
My Approach
Coaching is a partnership, and the key indicator of success and impact is the relationship between coach and client. In a confidential and non-judgemental environment, I offer both support and challenge, working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their development goals. My approach is rooted in empathy, insight, approachability, positivity, and honesty.
During our sessions, the client leads the conversation, sharing their thoughts, ideas, and challenges. With perceptive listening and skilled questioning, I help clients expand their strategic thinking, identify strengths and barriers, gain clarity, resolve challenges, make informed decisions, and ultimately maximise their potential.
Who I Work With
My work supports individuals, from C-Suite executives and senior managers to emerging and middle leaders, with tailored coaching to meet each client’s unique needs. I work across the public, private, and charitable sectors. I also work with groups, offering coaching that enhances team dynamics and collective goals.
My Coaching Process
Every coaching relationship with me begins with a complimentary, no-obligation chemistry session, where we get to know each other and you can experience my coaching style firsthand. If we’re a good fit, we’ll typically contract to meet every 3-4 weeks for 6 to 8 sessions, either in person or via Zoom, with each session lasting 60-90 minutes.
Throughout the process, regular reviews help us assess progress and adjust goals to keep our focus aligned with both immediate needs and long-term aspirations. Whether working with an individual or reporting back to organisational sponsors, these reviews ensure that we remain responsive to change and on track.
My ultimate aim is to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. Through reflection, accountability, and celebrating progress, I help clients not only reach their goals but also build skills and insights they can continue to apply long after our coaching journey concludes.
“Your non-judgemental, encouraging and perceptive manner made the experience an enjoyable and valuable one.”
